ADVERTISING & READER TRUST
Advertising will never write the philosophy.
Sages Reply does not currently publish paid placements. This policy sets the rules that will apply before advertising is activated.
Editorial independence
Advertisers will not choose our subjects, approve conclusions, or receive favorable coverage. Paid placements, if introduced, will be visually distinct from stories, courses, source notes, and navigation. We will not disguise an advertisement as a philosopher’s recommendation or a reader submission.
Placement and reader experience
Ads will not interrupt essential navigation, imitate buttons, cover the article, or outnumber the editorial material on a page. We will review mobile placement separately because a format that is acceptable on a wide screen can overwhelm a phone.
Privacy and consent
Before advertising tags are enabled, we will update the privacy policy and activate an appropriate consent-management process for regions where consent is required. Readers will be able to understand whether advertising cookies are used and where available choices can be changed.
Restricted subjects
Our content is educational. Pages involving grief, anxiety, work, family, or relationships will not be presented as medical, legal, or financial treatment. Advertising does not change that boundary.
Questions and complaints
Report a misleading placement, inappropriate advertisement, or privacy concern through the contact page. Editorial concerns follow our separate corrections process.
